Description
As I was playing Kaiserreich, I do remember one of its Danubian Federation flag as one of the really ugly badly-designed flag. Because it included the Austrian-Hungarian Eagle (Coat of Arms) and the flag design was stripped off Brazil. So, I tried to address it by doing something with the flag. And here is what I get.
With the Danubian Federation's color were from the former Austrian Empire of Black and Gold, I decided to add white in the middle, something that would look like German Empire's flag. But different in color. However, the Eagle was too detailed, I decided to go minimalist on the Reichsadler. Along with seven stars, representing the ethnicities living in the same border of the Danubian Federation; Austrian German, Hungarian, Transylvanian Romanians, Slovaks, Bohemians (Czechs), Galicians and the Illyrians (Croatia-Bosnia).
Let me know what you guys think!

First off: This is a great flag. Its design comes off well, the symbolism is pretty clear, and it's not overly complex. A few critiques on the representation, however. While I do understand the use of 7 stars to represent 7 nationalities, the rest of the symbolism is still overwhelmingly Austrian. You said it yourself, the flag is made of the Austrian gold and black with a white band to resemble the German Empire, while the Austrian Reichsadler is front and center. Even the flag of Austria-Hungary represented its two largest components more equally than this current flag does, which for something like the Danubian Federation is kind of a step backwards.
A good design, but the symbols could be less Austro-centric.
