"Our defenses will not hold for much longer, this time, if the Reds attacking us again, we'll be lost, so does our lives. I don't know if the American will hurry things up. Last time I heard from them, they were at Kamenskoye. And our spy had been spotted the enemy forces outside the fortress about 2 hours away. We need to get ready, we'll prevail or if we're not, we'll die fighting these bastard. If I don't survive this fight. I hope that Almighty God would send me to be with Natasha and my children somewhere in heaven. In God I will trust, In God I believe in. I have to get back to ready myself, I would write to you again, if I even survive this hopeless fight.

Maj. Gen. Petrov's Diary
23th February, 1918.
While inspecting his troop in the morning of 23th February, Major General Petrov and his second-in-command Colonel Pankov standing at attention in front of his 2,000 infantry regiment in the fortress out from Kamenskoye for 20km. All the men were frail and most of them had wounds. They had 5,500 men from the start. But constant attacks from the Reds killed most of his men. Colonel Pankov also thinks that his forces are not going to make it. General Petrov look hopeless, but he tried to hid them from the eyes of his men and his deputy. Colonel Pankov ordered his men to stand at ease.

"Regiment, Attention!" The colonel ordered with honor "Stand at ease!"
Then he reported to his commander "General, our regiment has assembled!"
"Thank you, comrade Colonel" General replied.
"Gentlemen, I know this is a hopeless fight, if we're not lucky enough, we won't survive this fight. I'm saying this because I'm an honest man. I know what real life is. But in this hopeless fight, we've shown ourselves that even this is a hopeless fight. We'll remained united, together. In the last few days, we've lost so many, including our friends. But we've never lost our nerves. You all made me proud in each one of you, if God has destined us to be perish, then let us perish with honor! Let the Reds rot to hell and stay with shame! I'm honored to fight along side with you!" Short speech was made by the General and the soldiers were grateful to know that his commanders will not let them die alone in shame. They all shouted, including Pankov, "Huzzah!"
The reconnaissance soldier came back to tell the news from the Reds camp. He seems almost to be gunned down by someone...
"My General, those damn Reds killed one of my man, they're coming right towards us!"
"Okay, Men, ready your arms! We're going to kill them all! Huzzahhhhh!!!!!" Petrov shouted the Battle Cry for war.

General Graves were on his way to Petrovich Fortress, that's what the Russians called them after General Petrov, because of his valiant skilled that made them survived for many days, even if we're late for many days. He would still remained there. But we cannot acted like he's going to survive no matter how, he's still another human being, we need to hurry up our forces. Just hang in there, Boris. We're going to be there in a few hours. His forces were at full speed while fighting the Reds along the way. Colonel Balkharovich, the Russian commander on the reconnaissance unit that came along the AEF told General Graves.
"General, we're going to be slow by 30 minutes due to bad weather and the reds. We need to be careful on this path"
"I know that, Colonel. But we've to remain steadfast to help Petrov, if that man get killed, we're all gonna lose the spearhead to victory for your civil war" General Graves told him.
"Yes, General! Men, ready! Quick March! Arms!" Balkharovich ordered his men.
Colonel Victor Vladimirovich Balkharovich was the colonel in Siberian Reconnaissance Unit based in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski. He joined in the fight because his daughter was slaughtered by the Reds sympathizers for having criticized Lenin. His job were to lead the American forces and fight alongside them.

At Petrovich Fortress, General Petrov saw his men died many, what he had left is 900 men and Pankov. They have fought for 5 hours. He then shot by one of the Reds. His wound is not to kill him, but it is really a pain in the ass. But he's still fighting, fighting for what he had lost in the hand of the reds. Suddenly, he and Pankov saw the Reds' Forces annihilated from behind. What he had saw 5 minutes later are the Siberian Reconnaissance United and the American Forces led by General Graves. The reds were in total disarray in ten minutes later.

After the siege was over, General Graves called on the medical unit to check on General Petrov, he had a talk a little bit.
"You must be General Petrov, I'm Graves. Nice to meet you"
"Nice to meet you too" he speak in English, he had an extensive English language class with a missionary in Vladivostok when he was a Second Lieutenant "I hope my English is good for you to understand, General"
"You've cheated death, General. And now you're making jokes, haha. But anyway, I heard a lot from everyone about you. I hope we'll be working together in the near future"
"Yes, I'm looking forward to that" General Petrov said it in a manner then were carried away.

His remaining men were combined with the American Expedition Forces set up yet another base of operation in Kamenskoye. General Graves called Washington to for more reinforcement from Alaska. Petrov and Pankov were both in the hospital. This is a time for both of them to rest, for now...
